ProForce Voltar 500SC Fungicide - 1L
Voltar 500SC is a broad spectrum fungicide containing 500g/L of the active ingredient Iprodione.
It is registered for the control of Brown Patch, Dollar Spot, Fusarium Patch, Curvularia, Spring Dead Spot, White Helminthosporium and Black Helminthosporium diseases in all recreational turf situations.
Voltar 500SC is a GROUP 2 water based, SC (Suspension Concentrate) formulation of Iprodione. It is an ideal formulation for placement into the root zone to control root active pathogens. Voltar 500SC is a locally systemic fungicide with both protective and strong curative activity. Iprodione controls susceptible fungi by inhibiting germination of fungal spores and growth of mycelium (a vegetative part of the fungus).
Voltar 500SC possesses locally systemic movement (translaminar) capabilities within plants, meaning that when used as a foliar treatment, it has the capacity to penetrate into leaf tissue, moving from the upper leaf surface to the lower leaf surface, enhancing protection and control within the entire leaf area. Voltar 500SC’s translaminar capability also ensures that the plant pathogens growth within treated plant tissue is halted and controlled within days following application.

It is also important in avoiding fungal spore resistance issues, to rotate fungicide GROUPS.
Rates:
- Brown Patch in Turf (Rhizoctonia solani) - 60 to 90 mL per 100m2 in 10 to 150 L water.
- Dollar Spot in Turf (Sclerotinia homoecarpa) - 60 to 90 mL per 100m2 in 5 to 150 L water.
- Fusarium Patch in Turf (Microdochium nivale) - 90 mL per 100m2 in 5 to 150 L water.
- Leaf Spot (Drechslera spp., Curvularia spp.) - 60 mL per 100m2 in 5 to 150 L water.
- Black and White Helminthosporium in Turf (Bipolaris spp., Drechslera spp., Exserohilum spp.) - 45 mL per 100m2 in 5 to 150 L water.
- Spring Dead Spot in Turf (Leptosphaeria spp.) - 65 mL per 100m2 in 10 to 150 L water.
NOTE:
- Correctly identify disease.
- Apply in the correct amount of water to ensure thorough coverage.
- Read directions to place the product correctly to control the particular disease- foliar or soil drench (watered-in).
- Avoid mowing 10 hours after treatment.
- Apply with a surfactant for foliar applications, or a soil wetting agent for soil drench applications.
