The seaweed concentrate in MP KELPLUS is a pure extract of fresh Ascophyllum nodosum, which is a storehouse of over 60 naturally occurring major and minor nutrients and amino acids. These active ingredients include such trace minerals as boron, molybdenum, copper, iron, zinc, manganese, silicon, and cobalt, which are chelated in a natural form.
Through its hand selected ingredients, MP KELPLUS supplies low concentrations of naturally occurring growth promoting substances such as Cytokinins, Auxins and Gibberellins. These substances combine to effectively promote the plant’s ability to combat various environmental stresses by enhancing natural antioxidant activity.
MP KELPLUS assists the plant’s production of phytoalexins, a first line of defense against diverse environmental stresses.
MP KELPLUS enhances nutrient bioavailability through its natural source of complexing carbohydrates including alginic acid and mannitol. Unlike synthetic chelates, these compounds hold plant nutrients in a “softer” bond increasing nutrient uptake and bioavailability in plant tissue.
When consistently applied, the Ascophyllum nodosum in MP KELPLUS effectively promotes the production of plant enzymes, sugars and osmotic regulators as well as proteins, lipids and sterols, leading to overall plant health, nutrition and quality.

Rates: 200-400ml/100m2 in 4-8 L of water on a monthly basis to maximise the cumulative treatment benefits.
Wash gently into the root zone within 24 hours of application to limit the potential for degradation from sunlight.
